Gülay Yur Ünaldı was born in 1977 in Adapazarı. After high school, she attended at Marmara University, Faculty of Education, Department of Painting and graduated from this institution in 2002.
Gülay Yur Ünaldı started her fashion design career in the same year and worked as a "designer" in many prestigious fashion companies in Istanbul for long years.
Gülay Yur Ünaldı, who has been working as a "freelancer" in recent years, has established his own brand named “Art By Gulay Yur” in 2017. Her wearable and hanging art-themed designs are being sold on web portals such as Miamano and Shopier.
Gülay Yur Ünaldı held many personal and group exhibitions in Istanbul where she showcased her oil and acrylic paintings.
Gülay is married and has a daughter named İdil Renk.
